Enrollment

As a condition of enrollment, students are required to submit emergency contact numbers, medical emergency information, authorization to receive medical attention, and immunization among others. It is state policy that this information is complete by your child’s first day of school. All forms can be found on our TADS portal after admission. The requested information must be uploaded at any time prior to the child’s first day of attendance. We may deny your child’s attendance at school until their enrollment information is complete.

Academy Enrollment Requirements-Children enrolled in the Academy must be walking and potty-trained. Although we are compassionate in our care for toddlers, our primary goal is providing a world-class education to our students and we not have the facilities to support diaper changing. No formal foreign language exposure/experience is necessary for enrollment. OMNI does, however, require testing/observations for each student. This test is to better gain an idea of how your child processes information and their readiness for enrollment in a rigorous academic environment.

Upper School Enrollment Requirements-No formal foreign language exposure/experience is necessary for enrollment up to 2nd or 3rd grade (determined on a case by case basis). OMNI requires testing and observations for each student in the Upper School. This test is to better gain an idea of how your child processes information and their readiness for enrollment at grade level. Transcripts from previous schools, current grade level information, report cards, teacher evaluations, and any progress reports are required for admission for any child in the Upper School. Our curriculum is rigorous and accelerated. It is important that children are prepared sufficiently for this next phase in their development.
